It's unlike other programs where you might get access to all your info, but then you're left to work it out on your own.

Being answerable to my coach (Max) and having real-time guidance means any questions I have Max answers, this has been the key element and why I have had such good results.

More importantly, I'm now in a happy place mentally which has had a profound effect on my thoughts; the physical change has been the bonus but who’s complaining... my husband indeed isn't.

Been training with Max since November 2016, and lost most of the weight by May 2017 thanks to the 21-day challenge. 

Not just weight loss, but our fitness and strength have increased significantly!!! I couldn't even do one sit up! 

Our knowledge of what to eat and the importance of the type of food we eat has been a significant eye-opener since joining Max's 21-day challenge. 

We know what we need to do to lose weight, and keep it off! It has been the best education we have ever had!

It just works! Have never had this much energy and love for life! Food fuels the soul!!

A significant achievement for me is that I have competed in 2 Physie (physical culture) comps this year and won both! The comments I received about how I look made me feel so proud of what I have achieved and accomplished after having a baby! Such a hard transformation to make after the most body changing event of my life! (But yes worth it!!!) 

I haven't been this weight for over 15 years! 

For Rocco, he is at his prime weight and fitness. He hasn't been this weight since he was a teenager! And his fitness has allowed him to achieve impressive milestones! 

Confidence has significantly improved! It feels so beautiful when family and friends comment on how amazing he looks, and he does! He looks better than when we first met haha!

Just wanted to thank you again, coach, this time around I’ve lost 9kgs, and that’s without exercise (not my strong point!) I had the whole family eating your meal plan & we have continued to follow it Monday- Friday so we can have a cheat meal on the weekend!

Couldn't help myself, over the weekend I tried on some clothes I had put aside in my wardrobe to try on once I completed the 21-day challenge (hoping to be able to fit back into them). I was over the moon! I was able to get back into all of them and do up the zippers, admittedly one was still a little tight around the hips, but it gave me a kick of confidence and motivation to keep going with my challenge at a time where I was beginning to struggle. I am so glad I decided to commit to the 21 day challenge, thanks For restoring my confidence and energy coach*
